The Officer Down Memorial Page
The Officer Down Memorial Page is a not-for-profit organisation that is devoted to helping honour the fallen heroes of law enforcement in America. The ODMP pays tribute to each and every hero by sharing their stories of courage and heroism while serving to protect the community.
The organisation has provided features to help remember the officers and their families with photographs and articles to allow visitors to see their face and leave a warming message in the reflection forum.
With the supporting organisations combined, ODMP has raised over two million dollars to help provide support and aid to the survivors and remember the police officers who have fallen in the line of duty to protect justice.
C.O.P.S: Concerns of Police Survivors
C.O.P.S. has almost 40,000 members of survivors that include spouses, children, and families affected of officers who were killed in the line of duty. The organisation is run by a National Board of Law Enforcement Survivors who aims to provide adequate services and programs. There are nearly fifty chapters located all over the national that helps survivors, survive.
The programs include conferences on a local, state, and national level as well as counselling programs for children. Families may also benefit from exclusive retreats and other assistance programs.
